In consideration of TWOSOME Inc. listing the said property (on a non-exclusive basis) as a site for advertising and editorial photography by our client(s), the undersigned (herein referred to as the OWNER) hereby gives to TWOSOME Inc. the right to promote and negotiate the use of their property as a location site under the following conditions.

 1. The daily fee is negotiable and will vary depending upon such much of the house and property is used. Net fees paid owners have varied between $1000 and $3000 per day or proportional part thereof.
 2. The number of rental days may vary from one to five days, sometimes more. If unscheduled additional days are agreed  to by client and owner, the daily rate will remain the same. Daily hours usually run eight to nine hours.
3. Clients are usually seeking distinctive sites appropriate to the products they will photograph for advertisements, some for fashion photos, other for home products and furnishings.
4. A Certificate of Insurance will be provided to homeowner which will cover damage and liability.
5. Food and beverage are to be restricted to the kitchen or outdoor areas unless owner agrees to different locations. Client is responsible for daily trash removal.
6. The client will in most cases need to change the color on painted walls and trim which will be repainted at the end of the shoot to the original colors unless the owner wishes the new colors to remain.
7. The client is responsible for repainting, repair and restoration of any alterations or damages in the course of the shoot and to leave the premises exactly as found.
8. The owner(s) or representative is encouraged to be on site at least at the beginning of the rental period to answer questions.
9. A TWOSOME representative will be on site at the beginning of the first day to see that client-owner agreement is signed and agreed rental period is paid for in full. TWOSOME will be on site whenever needed.
10.TWOSOME and R. H. Blackburn & Associates may promote the owner's property for this purpose through media ads (print and website text and illustrations).
