Owner location contract
In consideration of TWOSOME Inc. listing the said property as a site
for commercial and editorial photography, the undersigned
_____________________________ (herein referred to as the OWNER) hereby
gives to TWOSOME, Inc. the right to negotiate an agreement between ad
client and Twosome, Inc. under the following conditions.
1. The daily site rental fee is $___________for a day of eight to nine
hours, or any part of a day.
2. The agreed number of rental days is _____. Additional days may be
agreed upon by mutual consent in writing on the reverse of this
contract.
3. The owner gives permission to the client to perform the following

5. A satisfactory Certificate of Insurance is herewith acknowledged to
have been presented to homeowner with the following provisions:
6. Client will remove trash daily. Client use of food and beverages is
restricted to the kitchen or outdoor areas unless owner agrees to
different locations.
7. Client will return the property to the state and condition at the
beginning of the shoot unless mutually agreed otherwise in No. 3 or 4
above or amended in writing on the reverse and signed.
8. The owner(s) or owner's representative is encouraged to be on site
at least at the beginning of the shoot period to answer questions.
9. A TWOSOME, Inc. representative will be on site at the beginning of
the first day to see that client-owner Location Contract signed and
the agreed rental period fee is paid for in full. TWOSOME, Inc. will
be on site whenever needed.
